Just received my bottles. So misleading when one bottle is not for a full 1 month. It has 60 gummies per bottle but the bottle reads to take 1 to 2 gummies 3 times daily. So how does that equal out to be one month per bottle??? Do the math! One bottle is good for just 20 days not a full month.

My daughter bought these for me to try after months and months of stress from my husband having a major stroke 11 months ago. I'm his main caregiver and I still have to work so we still have income. If you've ever experienced chronic stress and fear from a major life changing even that never really resolves, you'll understand the exhaustion and continous low key fight or flight response that's always in play when you're awake.

I noticed a difference within a week of taking these. I'm not even kidding. I have felt calmer and I've been less reactive to situations which has allowed me to take a step back and make miss thought out decisions. After a few weeks I did notice that I was starting to feel sort of lethargic and I cut down to one gummy a night, which is my sweet spot I guess. I should say that I'm not taking any medications, rx or otc, and I haven't had the time (literally) to try to start the process of assigning a PCP for my medical care so that I can get a referral to a counselor so that I could actually start counseling. That sounds like too many steps for me when I have so many other,
